Spur Gears Used In UAV

Spur gears are the most common type of gears used to transmit power between two parallel shafts. Because the tooth traces are parallel to the shaft axis, axial thrust force can be minimized, enabling highly efficient power transmission. Spur Gear for UAV Applications

 

Our customized pump spur gears are manufactured from premium 40Cr alloy steel and processed to strict DIN 8 standards with complete heat treatment standards to 50-55HRC, perfectly matched to continuous operation of UAV systems for several advantages.
