Helical Gear Shaft

This helical gear shaft is forged in one piece, with helical gears at both ends. The large helical gear on the right end is the main reduction drive gear, which meshes with the differential driven large helical gear to achieve single-stage main reduction and torque amplification, reducing output speed and increasing torque. The small helical gear on the left end is the low-speed driven gear, meshing with the 1st and 2nd gears of the gearbox, and paired with the corresponding shift drive gear to achieve high torque at low speeds. The two work together to achieve greater torque capacity and higher strength.

Applications of Helical Gear Shaft

 

This helical gear shaft can be used in manual transmissions for gasoline-powered passenger vehicles, transmissions for some small construction and agricultural machinery, or small industrial planetary gearboxes and conveyor gearboxes, in applications requiring a compact, integrated output shaft and low-noise transmission.

This helical gear shaft is forged as a single piece, with the gear, shaft, and synchronizer splines all forged as a single unit. Eliminating the need for separate gear press-fitting not only saves space and reduces the size of the transmission housing but also significantly reduces the risk of loosening and slippage between the gear and shaft, greatly improving reliability under high speeds and heavy loads.
