This planetary gear is used in high-performance planetary gearboxes. With a module of 0.5, it is constructed from high-quality 8620 low-alloy steel, combining excellent core toughness and surface hardening properties. After carburizing heat treatment, the gear surface hardness reaches HRC 58-62, forming a highly wear-resistant outer shell while maintaining a tough, impact-resistant core capable of withstanding impact loads and fatigue under cyclic stress.
Accuracy DIN 6 significantly reduces operating noise and vibration while improving transmission efficiency and positioning accuracy. Typical applications include servo actuators, precision machine tools, industrial robot joints, medical devices, and aerospace drive systems, all of which demand extremely high dynamic response and operational smoothness.
The synergistic effect of 8620 steel and the carburizing process endows the gear with exceptional contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue strength.
