OEM Helical Gear

A helical gear is a type of cylindrical gear characterized by teeth that form a helical surface; these teeth are cut at a specific angle relative to the axis of rotation. During deep plowing and heavy-duty operations, agricultural equipment must not only withstand immense torque but also frequently endure the impact loads generated by collisions with rocks or travel over rugged terrain; moreover, these machines often face harsh conditions involving dust, mud, and adverse weather.

Consequently, designers tend to favor helical gears when engineering tractor transmission systems. Thanks to their unique structural geometry, helical gears offer superior load-bearing capacity and greater resilience against heavy loads compared to spur gears, while also exhibiting enhanced wear resistance.
