Medium-high Precision Helical Gear

In gearbox applications, the combination of a helical gear design and DIN Class 8 precision represents a “golden combination.” This pairing not only effectively reduces noise generated during gear operation but also significantly boosts transmission efficiency. During the meshing process of helical gears, the resulting impact and vibration are significantly reduced. This enables the medium-high precision helical gears to withstand higher torque loads while minimizing the risk of premature wear and pitting.
