Helical Gear OEM Gear

This helical gear features 113 teeth; a higher tooth count increases the contact ratio, meaning more pairs of teeth share the load simultaneously during meshing. This results in more uniform load distribution across individual teeth, significantly reducing transmission shock and vibration, and quieter operation—making it ideal for applications requiring smooth performance and low noise levels. Furthermore, the multi-tooth engagement ensures a more even distribution of loads, thereby lowering the contact stress on individual teeth.

Additionally, the OEM gear helical gear is manufactured from 16MnCr5 steel using a carburizing and quenching process, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 58–62. This provides exceptional wear resistance, enabling the gear to withstand prolonged, high-frequency meshing friction while effectively preventing tooth surface wear and pitting, ultimately extending the gear’s service life.

Helical Gear For Printing Equipment

 

This helical gear is designed for printing equipment. Its helical tooth profile enables “progressive engagement,” and combined with a high tooth count of 113, it minimizes transmission shock and vibration. This ensures smoother operation of the rollers and paper transport mechanisms, as well as gentler tooth contact and significantly reduced stress on individual teeth; consequently, gear face wear and pitting during high-speed operation are minimized, extending the service life of both the gear and the printing equipment. Its high precision (Grade 6) allows for strict control of operational errors, ensuring consistent print repeatability and preventing issues such as ghosting or misregistration.

Finally, compared to spur gears, this helical gear operates with lower noise levels. This not only improves the working environment for personnel but, more importantly, prevents high-frequency vibration and noise from interfering with sensitive electrical components and sensors, thereby reducing the likelihood of equipment failure.
