Our custom gears are usually made according to specific drawings and quantity required by customer; it’s usually made by special customized fixture and cutter and undergo full and strict quality control and inspection. However, as tooling cost is usually a one-time investment, for repeating orders or larger quantities, the unit price reduces significantly.
