We manufacture wide range of custom gear types to meet diverse industrial applications. In general, they can be divided into four main categories: cylindrical gears, bevel gears, worm gears, and shafts.
Cylindrical gears includes spur gears, helical gears, herringbone gears (double helical gears) and internal gears (ring gears). The most common type with straight teeth, ideal for parallel shafts and moderate speeds. Helical gears with angled teeth provide smoother, quieter operation and higher load capacity, suited for high-speed or heavy-duty transmissions.
Bevel gears including straight bevel gears, spiral bevel gears, hypoid bevel gears, crown bevel gears, zero bevel gears and miter bevel gears.
Bevel gears change the axis of rotation by 90°, commonly used in differentials and right-angle drives. Worm gears offer high reduction ratios in a compact space with self-locking capabilities, perfect for conveyors and lifts.
Each gear type can be produced in various modules (metric/inches) or diametral pitches, with tooth profiles ranging from standard involute to cycloidal or special forms. Our engineering team can match the most suitable process based on your product’s application scenario.
Whether you need a prototype or high‑volume production for automotive, robotics, agricultural machinery, or others, we have capability to deliver.
