We offer different accuracy level for gears based on customer request.
For straight bevel gears, our standard practice is DIN8, this level is suitable for most industrial applications including differential, gearbox, electrical tools etc. If grinding needed, we can provide DIN6.
For spiral bevel gears used in bevel helical gearboxes, agriculture etc, usually lapping DIN8 is enough. For applications requiring higher precision, such as heavy load industry, robotics, aerospace etc, we can achieve DIN 5–6.
We will do full inspection of the gears after finish and will provide accuracy report along with a full set of quality report for customer approval.
