Our standard quality report for grinding bevel gears includes:

- Heat treatment report: For gears that undergo heat treatment (e.g., carburizing, quenching, tempering, or induction hardening), this report documents the process parameters: time‑temperature profiles, case depth, surface hardness, core hardness, and any distortion measurements.
- Ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT) reports: UT is performed on the raw material or pre‑treated blanks to detect internal flaws such as voids, inclusions, or laminations. MT is applied to finished or near‑finished gears to locate surface and near‑surface cracks, grinding burns, or other discontinuities.

- Accuracy report: Based on international standards such as AGMA, ISO 1328, or DIN 3962, this report lists the individual accuracy parameters: profile deviation, lead deviation, pitch deviation, runout, and cumulative pitch error. Each parameter is graded (e.g., AGMA Q8, ISO 6, etc.) and compared against the required class.
