We first conduct incoming inspection on raw materials, then carry out blanking and forging, followed by re-inspection after completion.
2.Rough Machining and Pre-heat Treatment
Pre-heat treatment, rough turning and finish turning are carried out in sequence, with inspection after all these processes.

CNC machining → OD grinding → gear lapping. In-process inspections are conducted to ensure dimensional accuracy.
5.Finishing and Shipment
Finally, the parts are cleaned and marked before packing for delivery.
