Compared to spur gears, this double helical gearshaft features progressive meshing and a higher overlap ratio, with multiple teeth simultaneously sharing the load. Combined with high-precision gear grinding, it can withstand continuous heavy loads while controlling vibration and noise, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.
The entire forged blank is molded as a single piece, with the large and small helical gears, bearing journals, and positioning steps all precision-machined in a single clamping process. This eliminates coaxiality and concentricity errors caused by assembly at the source.
Integrating two sets of helical gears (one large and one small) on a single shaft occupies only the axial space of a single shaft. Compared to a separate design with two independent gears and two drive shafts, the gearbox length can be significantly shortened, perfectly fitting the layout of compact gearboxes, agricultural machinery drive boxes, and other narrow-frame applications.
