Double Helical Gears

Compared to spur gears, this double helical gearshaft features progressive meshing and a higher overlap ratio, with multiple teeth simultaneously sharing the load. Combined with high-precision gear grinding, it can withstand continuous heavy loads while controlling vibration and noise, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.

The entire forged blank is molded as a single piece, with the large and small helical gears, bearing journals, and positioning steps all precision-machined in a single clamping process. This eliminates coaxiality and concentricity errors caused by assembly at the source.

Integrating two sets of helical gears (one large and one small) on a single shaft occupies only the axial space of a single shaft. Compared to a separate design with two independent gears and two drive shafts, the gearbox length can be significantly shortened, perfectly fitting the layout of compact gearboxes, agricultural machinery drive boxes, and other narrow-frame applications.

This high-precision double helical gear shaft is typically used in gearboxes of agricultural machinery. Its short, thick shaft offers significantly superior bending and torsional rigidity compared to slender, multi-sprocket shafts, making it suitable for continuous, heavy-load operation in agricultural and construction machinery, and less prone to bending and deformation. Furthermore, its one-piece forged structure eliminates the need for additional assembly, greatly reducing the risk of loosening or displacement, minimizing potential failure points, and simplifying maintenance.
