Yes, we provide full material certificates with every order. Our raw materials are purchased from certified mills, and each batch is traceable from the mill certificate to the finished gear. This means we can trace every gear back to the specific material batch it came from, including heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties. We can also provide chemical composition and mechanical property reports upon request. For critical applications, third-party testing can be arranged at an additional cost. Traceability is standard for us, not an extra service. It is built into our production process from raw material receiving to final inspection.
