Helical Internal Gear Housing For Planetary Reducers

This helical internal gear housing is customized for planetary gear reducer. It has special housing structure different from normal internal gear with ring structure. Instead of using a separate ring gear pressed or bolted into a housing, this design cuts the helical internal teeth directly into the housing bore. The housing itself becomes the gear. This eliminates assembly tolerances between the ring and the housing, improves concentricity, and allows for a more compact overall package. The special housing structure also handles higher torque loads without risk of the ring gear loosening or shifting under vibration.
