High Quality Helical Gear

Due to its inclined tooth profile, the helical gear enables smooth and gradual meshing contact with a larger contact area, featuring higher load-bearing capacity and lower operating noise. It is an indispensable transmission component for high-speed operation and precision working conditions.

Manufactured from 16MnCr5 and treated via carburizing quenching to achieve a hardness of 58-62 HRC, this helical gear maintains high toughness and ductility at the core, avoiding the brittleness and fracture issues common to fully hardened carbon steel. Meanwhile, the high hardness of the gear tooth surface effectively resists wear during long-term high-frequency operation of robots, greatly extending its service life.
